 This rare vintage, made exclusively from Cabernet Franc (100%) from a 1956 plot, is vinified according to an artisanal and demanding approach: a complete fermentation in amphorae and barrels, allowing a pure, deep and nuanced expression of the grape variety.
 On the nose, the wine reveals intense aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), enhanced by notes of violet, graphite, and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is ample, precise, and silky, carried by a beautiful natural freshness and an elegant structure. Aging in amphorae imparts an ethereal and vibrant texture, while the oak barrel adds complexity and length. The result is a refined, distinctive, and harmonious wine, with a perfectly integrated 14% ABV.
